With our engineered brushes you can achieve effective cleaning / deburring / degreasing by setting an adequate down pressure. Please note that brush cleans more effectively with the tip of filaments, not the side. You need to provide flick action with our engineered brush for removal of smut from the surface of the sheet. For the best results brush should make a foot print approx. 6-9mm wide on the sheet surface, see fig. F. Please note that coolant should be sprayed near the footprint so that the brush filament are not damaged and you always get most effective brushing effect.
